GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL

03/05/2021

ASK IN HIS NAME

(John 14:14) If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Jesus is so bold and full of power. Without mincing words, he said, “if you shall ask anything in his name, he will do it”. I will like to break down our theme scripture to an appreciable level. The use of the word “if” means provided you use this name. The word “ask” also means “request, desire, crave, or call for something”. However, according to our scripture of meditation, you have to ask in the name of Jesus Christ. Notice that no limit was placed on what you could ask. Jesus made it clear that once you ask something in his name, he will do it. Take advantage of this and ask something today. Halleluyah!

Meditation: (John 14:14) If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Activity: Spend time in prayer today. Ask what you want today in the name of Jesus.

Confession: I make requests, desire, crave, and call for things in the name of Jesus. Whatever I ask, he will do it. His word is true. Halleluyah!

If you have never been born again, then make the confession below.

I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

Congratulations

You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
