GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL
THEIR TRAPS WILL TRAP THEM
(Jeremiah 5:26) For among My people are found wicked men; They lie in wait as one who sets snares; They set a trap; They catch men.
According to our theme verse for today, wicked men set traps against the righteous. Yes! Their interest is to destroy us but they have failed already because in prayer we can turn their own traps against them. Paul in his letter to the Romans reported what David said in Psalms 69:22 as, “let their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a recompense to them” (Romans 11:9).
By the truthfulness of these scriptures, we command that the traps that evil men have set for us become a snare and trap for them. Psalms 7:15 declares that “He (the devil and his associates-wicked men) made a pit and dug it out, and has fallen into the ditch which he (the devil and his associates-wicked men) made. Declare once more that they have been trapped by their traps. Halleluyah!
Meditation: Psalms 7:15 declares that “He (the devil and his associates-wicked men) made a pit and dug it out, and has fallen into the ditch which he (the devil and his associates-wicked men) made.
Activity: Pray fervently in the spirit and declare that the traps they have set for you are trapping them now.
Confession: The devil and his associates will always end up in the traps they set for me. They would be swallowed by the pits they dig for me. I declare that the traps they made for me have trapped them. Halleluyah!
If you have never been born again then make the confession below.
I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
