GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL

04/06/20

TIME TO PRAY

(Luke 18:1) Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart.

Some people ask the question, do you have to pray about everything? The answer to this question is a big yes according to Luke 18:1. During prayer, you get the opportunity to talk to God about everything that has to do with your life.

When you look at someone like King David, he was very successful in everything he talked to God about in prayer. The only area of his life he did not talk to God about was his sex life. In the end, he failed in that area of his life. After the failure, he prayed to God about the situation and God restored things for him.

Also, Job had to pray for his friends before God could restore him (Job 42:10 And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends). Finally, Jesus, in His earthly walk, prayed about everything. This made Him conquer every challenging situation he met. Learn to talk to God about everything in your life. It’s time to pray. Halleluyah!

Meditation: (Luke 18:1) Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,

Activity: Spend time in prayer today. Talk to God about any unwanted situation in your life. Ask Him to help you for he is your helper.

Confession: I have been called unto prayer. My prayer time is an exciting time. When I pray, I receive answers. Halleluyah!

If you have never been born again, then make the confession below.

I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

Congratulations

You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
