(Jeremiah 1:19) They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the Lord, “to deliver you.”

As a Christian, you have been enrolled in God’s army (2 Timothy 2:3-4). And as a soldier, you have to fight whenever God needs you. That is what Prophet Jeremiah is saying in our theme scripture for today. The devil is eager to prosper and push his children into sublime positions around the world, but God is even more eager to lift, advance, and prosper you (Psalms 35:27).

Prophet Jeremiah wrote that “they will fight against you” in our theme scripture. So, don’t be surprised when you see different people coming together to work on your downfall. That is the desire of the devil, but that is not the end of the story for Prophet Jeremiah added that “they shall not prevail against you”. They can’t win against you for Jesus Christ is with you (Matthew 28:20). Apostle Paul showed us those that were referred to as the “they” in our theme scripture in Ephesians 6:12. This refers to different classes of evil spirits and the people who allow these spirits to use them. Put them where they belong in your life as you charge in prayer today. As you stay in prayer using Jeremiah 1:19, God will rescue you without fail when trouble looms. Halleluyah!

Confession: The devil will fail on any day he chooses to come against me with his full force, for God Almighty is with me. They will fight with me but cannot prevail against me for Jehovah is with me to rescue me without fail. I am blessed and no one can stop me from advancing. Halleluyah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
